I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own health during the StudioLALA classes, and if any unusual symptoms occur I will cease to participate and if the symptoms persist, I will seek medical assistance.
I agree to assume all risks associated with the classes and hereby release and hold harmless Studio LALA, their directors, employees, independent contractors and agents who cannot be responsible for risks willingly assumed. I therefore hereby release and forever discharge Studio LALA, their directors, employees, independent contractors and agents from any health claims, suits, losses, all actions, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever arising by reason of participation in the classes.
